Our banks know a lot about us. They know when we're at our worst and at our best, and they have the ability to guide us in the right direction. This session will explore how financial services firms can help improve the financial well-being of their customers. This includes ongoing data analysis to better understand the relationship between spending and gambling behaviours, as well as projects focused on designing effective tools to offer customers more control over their financial lives (e.g. spending blocks).
